Corpus Christi of Arrecife

Every June the streets of Arrecife are filled with salt carpets on the occasion of the Eucharist. Carpets are made with salt and dyes and are usually made by religious, social, cultural and institutional groups. This party is a perfect time to walk the streets and photograph them.
