Burial of the Sardine in Puerto del Rosario

The burial of the sardine is a celebration with which the end of the Carnival is announced in Puerto del Rosario. Burials usually consist of a carnival parade that parodies a funeral procession and culminates with the burning of a symbolic figure, usually representing a sardine.
