A refuge to get away from it all on El Hierro
Far away from everything, in an unspoilt spot in the south-east of the island where the island’s volcanic coast straightens out, El Hierro Parador is a place to get away from it all and forget everything. Not too big and beside the sea, this typical Canary Island building is nine kilometres from the nearest town: the port district of La Estaca. Here there is no rush and time seems to run slower. It’s a place for relaxation.
Swim in peaceful waters near Bonanza Rock
The best way to get to the hotel is by car. It appears at the end of the road, leaning against a cliff wall beside the sea, with views of Bonanza Rock, a real symbol for islanders. A room with a terrace overlooking the sea ensures good views, and comfort with the Parador trademark is guaranteed. The best place to take the air is the cool porch of the courtyard near the fairly large swimming pool. Steps go down to the coast, with small coves and clear water for peaceful swimming.
