Playa de Las Américas presents HONDO, a unique experience that brings together the best of contemporary flamenco and avant-garde gastronomy in an unparalleled setting. Ángeles Toledano showcases her new album Sangre Sucia, blending tradition and modernity, while Rocío Márquez and Bronquio perform their innovative project Tercer Cielo, fusing flamenco and electronic music. The evening includes a live showcooking by Michelin-starred chef Diego Schattenhofer, who will offer a tasting inspired by the flavors and traditions of the Canary Islands.
