The Last Verse

The Last Verse is a fictional and dramatic performance presented by the Timaginas Teatro company, exploring the conflicts surrounding the life and death of Federico García Lorca. Part of the Canary Islands Playwrights series at Teatro Guiniguada, this work by Raquel portrays the tensions among three influential families from the Vega of Granada. Horacio Roldán, unable to stand out among the intellectual elite and pressured by the Alba matriarch, seeks to prevent the publication of The House of Bernarda Alba, inspired by his family.
