Geniuses of Spanish Music

The Auditorio Alfredo Kraus presents Geniuses of Spanish Music, an event that celebrates the richness of Spanish music through its most prominent composers. On this occasion, conductor Chichon joins the young Gran Canaria pianist Isaac Martínez Mederos, recognized for his talent and potential. The program includes a selection from Albéniz's Suite Española, featuring the pieces Sevilla, Granada, Asturias, and Castilla, in the masterful orchestration by Rafael Frühbeck de Burgos. Additionally, the rarely performed Rapsodia Sinfónica for piano and orchestra by Turina will be presented, along with the Intermezzo from Goyescas by Granados and the renowned El amor brujo by Falla, promising an unforgettable evening filled with emotion and high-quality music.
