A Walk Through Havana

The event at Teatro Víctor Jara will recreate the atmosphere of the famous Palladium from the 1950s in New York, an iconic dance hall that shaped the history of Latin music in America. The Gran Canaria Big Band, with original arrangements, will pay tribute to legendary figures like Machito, Tito Puente, Celia Cruz, and Benny Moré, featuring classic Cuban rhythms such as son, danzón, mambo, and rumba.
