The pleasure of walking
Walking can be one of the best ways to enjoy Nature. Walking along the paths of the Canary Islands is one of the best ways to enjoy the landscape, which is full of contrasts: luxuriant forests, volcanic plains, steep cliffs or crags, sand dunes and areas like rain forests. Routes that take hikers through a unique environment which changes radically in just a few kilometres and, on occasions, has quite a lot of gradients.
Hiking in the Canary Islands is an experience which takes you far, far away both physically and mentally. Besides, most of the routes offer the guarantee and tranquility of knowing they have been devised by professionals, that they are approved and marked out and that they have the necessary means for hikers of all levels.
