OH DEAR… YOU NEED MUCH MORE NATURE IN YOUR LIFE

You are normally at home, at the office, in a classroom or in another indoor place. And you usually get around by car or public transport. You might think you don't have enough time for nature and/or you prefer the digital world. Nature may seem inaccessible, threatening or, even, 'uncomfortable'. And when you go outside, you rarely stop to look around you. If you would like to get more in touch with nature, you can begin gradually, following these tips.

Tips:

1
Read books or watch videos that inspire you to learn more about the natural world.
2
Try to walk to work/school/etc. Or, when taking public transport, get off a stop early.
3
Look at nature (the shape of clouds, etc.).
4
At home or work, surround yourself with plants… and look after them.
5
And try to get away, at least once a year, to somewhere you can be more in touch with nature.
