The La Dehesa juniper forest is like no other place on earth. Because of the strong trade wind, which blows without rest in the area, visitors can discover trees with extraordinary shapes, some of which grow parallel to the ground thanks to the surrendering force of the air currents.

A walk around fairy-tale-like junipers is food for the imagination and great for the whole family. This once-in-a-lifetime location is packed with exceptional natural wealth. Indeed, conservation of some of the tree specimens is so important that access to them is restricted.

Sustainability

- Do not take photos using the flash. They could damage items of artistic and cultural value.
- Use the waste- paper baskets and, insofar as possible, separate and place your recycling waste in the appropriate containers. Do not eat inside exhibition rooms.
- Try to be careful with your rucksack or bag and make sure you do not hit anything when you move.
- Try to be silent or speak quietly so that you do not bother other visitors.
