Santiago del Teide

This is a route situated in the western part of Tenerife. It starts and ends in Santiago del Teide.

The route begins with a climb through an area of ravines with continuous ups and downs. It is characterised by its sections of volcanic area along the Chinyero volcano, with black volcanic lava stone trails surrounded by almond trees.

It is a fun route in terms of very dynamic shifting between going up and going down. The route passes volcanoes and valleys, and also has a glimpse of the sea.
