The Mississippi Mass Choir

Alfredo Kraus presents The Mississippi Mass Choir as part of the Gospel Canarias Fest, a fundamental reference in American Traditional Gospel. This renowned choir has received prestigious awards such as the Grammy, Stellar, Dove, and Soul Train, and has toured extensively across America, Europe, and Asia, bringing their music to prominent international stages. The choir, known for its historic performances at the Acropolis in Athens and the Vatican, has also collaborated with the Tenerife Symphony Orchestra in a concert before a massive audience. Associated with Malaco Records, which dominates the Billboard gospel charts with iconic artists, the group was founded by Frank Williams, a member of the Jackson Southernaires. Their debut album, recorded at the Jackson Municipal Auditorium, quickly reached the top of the gospel music charts.
